Technatomy’s PMO Support services focus on the anatomy of successful business operations; how the parts of your organization interoperate with each other and with technology. From strategic analysis of a potential project to training your staff, we focus on getting real results for our clients through successful project execution.

Our PMO Support services include:

Over the past several years, these individuals have provided support services on nearly 30 contracts/task orders.  Specific tasks include fostering communications to ensure information exchange among numerous stakeholders and across development projects; preparing and maintaining project artifacts; performing issue and risk management; tracking assigned actions; developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules; and status reporting.

Professional Services Support – Whether it’s health professional, logistics specialist or other mission function, Technatomy can provided subject matter experts with the domain knowledge required to advise business and technical stakeholders.

Cyber Security Policy – Technatomy employs security professionals with the credentials (e.g., CISSP) necessary to provide national security risk-based decision process development, policy research, and documentation support.

Public Affairs and Communications Strategy – As the primary scope of work or as part of larger effort, Technatomy has coordinated, managed and implemented strategic, effective, and efficient communications and outreach to internal and external stakeholders.  These communications have included outreach and interactions with our Service members, Nation’s Veterans and their beneficiaries, Veteran Service Organizations, Congress, media outlets, and industry.
