From legacy systems to web-based applications, we are committed to making your existing investments continue to perform reliably and meet your users’ requirements. We deliver our O&M services using processes, technology, and methodologies that you have already identified and implemented. For enhancements, we work with you to confirm requirements and develop them so that they fit in seamlessly with your production.

Our O&M services include:

Application Sustainment – Technatomy provides a broad range of application sustainment services including upgrades, patches, security compliance, training, system administration, database administration, help desk, etc. We have supported a variety of systems including the VA Bidirectional Health Information Exchange (BHIE), DLA Account Management and Provisioning System (AMPS), VA Centralized Administrative Accounting Transaction System (CAATS), VA Bed Management Solution (BMS), Emergency Department Integration Software and others.

Network Infrastructure – Our network experience ranges from data center network administration for a private cloud to onsite support at a VA hospital with approximately 160 servers to providing 1-GIG and 10-GIG Ethernet point-to-point connections for various customers. We can provide solutions across a wide range of network engineering, administration and infrastructure programs.

Systems Administration – We provide a broad range of systems administration support including private cloud systems at the VA, SCCM and SCOM administration, windows/linux server administration, disaster recovery, software systems, security updates, etc.

Information Assurance – On the VA Identity Management program, Technatomy provides a full range of information assurance support including defining mitigation strategies for security vulnerabilities for the Access Services (AcS), Veteran Identification Card (VIC), and VA Authentication Federation Infrastructure (VAAFI) projects. We also provided policy support to the VA assisting with their transition to the Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Assessment and Authorization (A&A) – We have provided A&A support across DoD and Civilian agencies including A&A support on the VA Human Resource Information System (HRIS), VA Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) program and the DLA Account Management and Provisioning System Program. We have the experience to support all 6 steps of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.

Service Desk – Technatomy has provided Tier 1-3 Service Desk support on numerous contracts at the VA, DLA, Treasury Department and others.
