Good Corporate Citizenship is Central to Who We Are
No person — or organization — is an island. At Technatomy we recognize how interconnected we, and our employees, are with the world around us. That’s why we’ve made corporate citizenship one of our fundamental values and commitments. We’re dedicated to supporting charitable organizations that address four key areas of need:
- Veterans & Veterans’ Families
- Women & Children
- Fighting Homelessness
- Responding to Natural Disasters
We support a select group of outstanding organizations directly with financial contributions. We also have a separate program in which we match employees’ contributions up to a set amount each year. These are commitments we’re proud to sustain year after year.
Corporate Charitable Giving
Paralyzed Veterans of America
For over 70 years, Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) has provided a wide range of services and support for paralyzed veterans and their caretakers. Technatomy has been a proud supporter of PVA since 2013. Our CEO, Nadeem Butler, is currently the Chairman of PVA’s Mission:ABLE Awards. To become a sponsor for the 2017 Awards, please click here. Learn more about PVA at pva.org.
Wounded Warriors Project
Technatomy is a proud financial supporter of the Wounded Warriors Project (WWP) and its mission. Learn more about WWP at woundedwarriorproject.org.
Northern Virginia Family Service
We are proud supporters of Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS) and, in addition to providing financial support, we also help organize a variety of related activities, such as conducting food and coat drives, and packing gift baskets with basic necessities for families in need. We have also created “Beans for Jeans,” our own special way of generating additional contributions to NVFS. On Fridays, employees are welcome to wear jeans to work — provided they donate either a can of beans or a dollar to NVFS. Learn more about NVFS at nvfs.org.
Toys for Tots
We are happy to serve as an official Drop-Off Location for the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s Toys for Tots Program, in which we participate throughout the holiday season. Each year, we collect several large bag-fulls of toys that Marines deliver to children in need across the country. Learn more about Toys for Tots at toysfortots.org.
We are also a proud donor to this unique organization that pays to unite wounded warriors with their loved ones during holidays, or whenever they need them most. Learn more about Luke’s Wings at lukeswings.org.
Because natural disasters can occur anywhere at any time, we stand ready to provide financial support to organizations that provide services and resources to affected communities around the world.
