As Technatomy’s Chief Operating Officer, Bill is responsible for the strategic oversight and tactical execution of delivery across the organization and for developing our corporate strategic direction over the next three years. Bill has more than 25 years of IT experience in system engineering, software development, data center operations and engineering, and large-scale acquisition and project/program management.

Prior to Technatomy, Bill served in a variety of roles at the MITRE Corporation for 15 years. There, he provided technical and strategic guidance and support across multiple departments and agencies and also served as a trusted advisor.  In his previous role, he was responsible for the execution of the MITRE work program in the Office of Acquisition and Logistics (OAL), Office of Information Technology (OIT), Office of Policy and Planning (OPP) and the Office of Security and Preparedness (OSP) within the Department of Veteran Affairs. Bill worked closely with VA senior leadership in establishing the Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) and a number of key initiatives across VA.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and continues his studies on his MBA in Entrepreneurship.  He holds a variety of certifications, including ITIL and Six Sigma. Bill is an honorably discharged veteran and served six years with the US Navy Submarine Service. He is also a plank owner of the USS LaJolla (SSN-701) and holds a number of active clearances.
