Sean is the Director of Quality Programs for Technatomy. Sean came to Technatomy in July 2005 to serve as the Study Team Leader and Analyst for a United States Marine Corps Reserve Manpower Study. He assumed additional duty implementing the corporate ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS) leading to certification in December 2005. Since then he has successfully overseen annual surveillance audits of the Quality System and recertification to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Sean also incorporated the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (SEI CMMI) quality processes into the corporate QMS. In June 2007, the system appraised at Capability Level 3, and in March 2011 and again in February 2014, it re-appraised to Maturity Level 3 during formal Standard CMMI Appraisal Method for Process Improvement (SCAMPI) assessments. Sean has further overseen implementation and certification of the ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management System and the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System. The combination of the three ISO Management Systems and CMMI processes demonstrate Technatomy’s commitment to quality service delivery and separate us from nearly all of our competitors.
Sean is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and retired from the Navy where he served as a Surface Warfare Officer.
